We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Agartala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and paediatric occupational therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create tailored therapy plans for children with various abilities and needs
  • Assess and improve fine and gross motor skills, enhancing coordination, handwriting, and play skills
  • Address sensory integration challenges and provide ADL training to improve independence in daily living tasks
  • Educate and involve parents and caregivers in the therapy process
Requirements:
  • BOT/MOT degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 1 year of experience as a paediatric occupational therapist
  • Strong knowledge of child development and diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, CP, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Registration with AIOTA preferred, but not required
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a supportive team environment with a high client volume. They will be expected to relocate to Agartala, Tripura, India, and commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting work.
