Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Banking Officer. This role involves acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers for CASA products through direct selling.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth in CASA sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the business.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, particularly CASA offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and tailor solutions.
