Job Summary

An experienced Information Security professional with 12.5 to 18 years of experience is required to ensure the company's IT systems are secure, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining security-compliant IT infrastructure architecture and systems
  • Conducting thorough audits of IT systems, processes, and controls to identify weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement
  • Evaluating the risk associated with IT systems and identifying potential threats to data integrity, confidentiality, and availability
  • Maintaining that IT systems and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Implementing and maintaining effective security measures to protect against cyber threats, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing IT controls and recommending enhancements or new controls to mitigate risks and improve security posture
  • Preparing detailed audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and remediation plans
  • Providing training and awareness programs to educate employees about IT security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Monitoring IT systems and processes continuously to detect and respond to security incidents and compliance breaches
  • Collaborating with other departments to address IT-related risks and compliance issues effectively
