Red Teaming Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Red Teaming Specialist to join our AI Large Language Models team. As a member of this global team, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in generative AI.

  • Complete comprehensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, and Red Teaming techniques
  • Craft complex prompts to test the filters and guardrails of LLMs, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by clients
  • Collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to deliver high-quality work
  • Assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks
  • Stay up-to-date with the evolving capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs, and adapt methods accordingly

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to adopt different voices and perspectives
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Well-honed research skills
  • Experience working in diverse teams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements
