Agentic Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate senior agentic engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions from architectural design and independent implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

As an expert in building robust and scalable backend systems, you will be empowered to drive key technical decisions and play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform.

  • Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems that interact with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate.
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
