About the Role

This role is pivotal in delivering and onboarding our software for customers, encompassing technical discussions, solution design, and project management.

The individual will be responsible for owning the customer relationship end-to-end — ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and being accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex, technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business—this includes architecting and designing scalable solutions for some of the world's largest enterprises, as well as utilizing expertise to integrate the software seamlessly into their cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive and/or participate in technical solutions discussions, delving deep into the details with customer teams.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients
  • Work on long-term strategies to improve customer business operations through data management tools and services, delivering continuous value to customers' business.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are necessary to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals
  • Account management and project management skills
  • Travel to the prospective customer's sites & locations as necessary
