Ecommerce Manager Job

This role involves overseeing the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and improve user experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall e-commerce business roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends. They must analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the online store
  • Overseeing product listings and pricing
  • Developing cross-selling and upselling strategies
  • Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to assess business performance

The successful candidate will have strong e-commerce and sales skills, with at least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields. They should possess a strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and performance optimization.

A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is required, while a master's degree is an asset.
