Music Operations Strategist

We're seeking a skilled Music Operations Strategist to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member, you will bridge the gap between customers and product teams, ensuring product roadmaps meet customer needs and addressing quality issues effectively.
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to develop deep product and technical expertise in key areas of our music service. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, QA, and BI stakeholders to resolve customer issues and track progress.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge in key areas of our music service.
- Analyze customer feedback channels and provide actionable insights to inform product planning.
- Use AI and automated tools to optimize efficiency and improve output quality.
- Maintain and groom backlogs of quality-related features and bug fixes.
- Support product teams launching new features and experiments by driving dogfooding, beta testing, aggregating feedback, and reporting results.
- At least 2 years of program or project management experience.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
- Experience in MS Access and SQL.
- Ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
