Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Healthcare AI Specialist.

This role involves designing, building, and refining multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines. You will collaborate with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers to develop evaluation frameworks and tooling that shape the entire engineering team's approach.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Python proficiency and expertise in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX). A proven track record of rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions is also essential for this role.

A strong agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes are crucial for success in this position.

Nice-to-have skills include experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration, as well as familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints.

In six months, you can expect to launch production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally, establish reusable technical assets, and deliver clear improvements in model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
