Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on therapeutic areas, product portfolios, competitors, and industry trends using various data sources to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Analyze market performance to track key performance indicators including prescription trends, market share, brand performance, patient flow, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for forecasting, business planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities in new therapy areas, geographies, or product launches based on market insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze field effort data to generate actionable insights and improve operational effectiveness by streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Develop CRM-based analytics and track sales force key performance indicators (coverage, frequency, call average, PCPM, territory performance) to optimize sales strategies.
  • Perform performance gap analysis at division, region, territory, and individual levels to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.
  • Conduct territory alignment and mapping based on potential, geography, and workload to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Support headcount planning and deployment strategies to ensure effective workforce management.
  • Design and maintain business dashboards for clear visualization of market and sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and monthly presentations to internal stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research, analytics, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong expertise in leveraging AI and automation solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey complex information.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations to inform business strategies.
