Interior Design Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Interior Design Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop new client relationships, and expand our market presence in the interior fit-out industry. As a subject matter expert in commercial furniture and interior design solutions, you will effectively communicate value and meet client needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the furniture and interior design sectors.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our furniture and interior design solutions to showcase their benefits and features.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
  • Negotiate with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
