Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Test Engineering Lead to join our team.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of design for test (DFT) strategies for complex digital designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis.
  • Gain hands-on experience in MBIST insertion and memory test validation.
  • Define test mode timing constraints and provide corrective actions for timing violations.
  • Script in languages such as Perl and shell.
  • Conduct RTL and gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.
  • Understand equivalence check and DFT DRC rules in both RTL lint tools and ATPG tools.
  • Work with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test.
  • Collaborate effectively in an international team and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
  • Manage multiple high-priority designs simultaneously.
  • Apply excellent problem-solving skills and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of experience in DFT.
  • Expertise in scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of RTL and gate level simulations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test.
