Cardiovascular Specialist
Location:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Cardiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interventional cardiology procedures (angioplasty, stenting, device implantation, etc.) and extensive experience in Cath Lab operations and acute cardiac care management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions
- Perform interventional procedures such as coronary angioplasty and stent placement
- Pacemaker and device implantations (ICD, CRT, etc.)
- Emergency interventions for acute myocardial infarction
- Provide round-the-clock support for acute cardiac emergencies and Cath Lab cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Participate in academic training, CMEs, and hospital quality improvement programs
Requirements:
- MBBS from a recognized medical college
- MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Cardiology) or equivalent DNB (Cardiology) from an NMC-recognized institute
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure tertiary care hospital settings
