- Publish research findings: In reputable journals and present at academic conferences.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry partners: On research projects and initiatives.

- Support student recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives: Foster relationships with industry professionals and organizations.
- Community Engagement: Participate in outreach programs and community service activities.
- Education: A Ph.D. in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Alternatively: A Postgraduate degree (MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science) with NET/SLET qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in BCA/MCA programs or related fields at a recognized institution.
- Proven track record: Of research and publication in relevant areas.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of current trends and technologies in computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technologies: Enhance the learning experience.
