
Leadership Manager in Tourism

This role involves overseeing and delivering consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure. The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are executed on time, within the agreed scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and deliver consulting projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance
- Manage day-to-day project activities ensuring adherence to SOPs and approval processes
- Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients
- Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions
- Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
- Ability to work under pressure manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required
