Job Title: Software Reliability Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in performance testing, scalability, and availability.

">

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Load Testing tools such as Jmeter/LoadRunner and APM tools like Dynatrace/RewRelics/AppDynamics.

">

They will also have strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and microservices architecture.

">

In addition, the candidate should be familiar with monitoring, observability, and Open Telemetry using tools like Splunk, AppD, Prometheus, Fluentd, ELK(Elastic Search, Logstash Kibana), TIG( Telegraf, Influx, Grafana).

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and business presentation skills.

  • System Reliability: Identify and mitigate potential system vulnerabilities through Chaos engineering">
  • Applications Debugging and Support: Understand REST APIs and debug applications">
  • Service Level Agreements: Define SLIs (Service Level Indicators), SLOs (Service Level Objectives), and error budgets
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Software Engineering and Development skills: .NET, Go, Python, C++, Ruby or Java or software delivery platforms such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, and/or Spinnaker">
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Automation across applications/services and Infrastructure Management
