Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with accounting software and MS Excel, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers, identifying discrepancies and trends.
  • Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Maintain and record fixed assets, including depreciation and amortization calculations.
  • Prepare and file compliance reports as required by law.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.

  • Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Expertise in TALLY and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary.
