Job Overview

As a key contributor to our Chipsets Logic Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge logic design solutions. Your expertise in RTL coding, micro-architecture, and ASIC IP design will enable the creation of innovative chipsets for PCs used by millions worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hardware development experience and demonstrate strong technical leadership skills. A successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to solve complex technical problems, and adhere to strong ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop logic design, RTL coding, and simulation for IP designs.
  • Contribute to the definition of micro-architecture features and perform quality checks across various logic design aspects.
  • Apply strategies, tools, and methods to write RTL and optimize logic to meet power, performance, area, and timing goals.
  • Review verification plans and implementation to ensure design features are correctly verified and resolve corrective measures for failing RTL tests.
  • Follow secure development practices to address security threats and integrate and validate IPs as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • BE/ME/Btech/Mtech in computer science or electronics engineering.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of relevant pre-silicon logic design experience in the ASIC domain.
  • Proficiency in System Verilog, Python/Perl/shell scripting, Synopsys tools, and EDA tools like Spyglass VCLINT.
  • Strong understanding of micro-architecture, VLSI design flow, and power-aware design principles.
