Senior Interior Design Leader

The Senior Interior Design Leader is a high-level role that oversees the interior design team in planning and executing interior design projects. This involves conceptualizing design ideas, collaborating with clients, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers to foster a collaborative and creative environment.
    • Providing guidance and feedback to junior designers.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Understanding project needs and developing design proposals.
    • Presenting design concepts to clients.
  • Project Management:
    • Overseeing all stages of the design process from initial concept to final implementation.
    • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
  • Design Development:
    • Conceptualizing design ideas and creating detailed design plans.
    • Selecting materials and furnishings while ensuring practicality, aesthetics, and budget considerations.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Working closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless integration of design.
  • Design Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

This position requires a deep understanding of sustainability practices, smart building technologies, and future-ready design concepts.
