Lead Frontend Developer

About this role:

We are looking for an experienced frontend engineer to lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of our web applications. You will work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver new features efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, architect, and maintain all frontend apps (admin, driver, customer)
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new features
  • Own code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentor junior engineers to uphold development excellence
  • Advocate for modern frontend best practices, emphasizing automated testing, accessibility, and usability
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX—quickly prototype and implement the latest technologies for user-friendly interfaces
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective collaboration
