We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to join our team and oversee the management of partner content on our platform.

This role involves supporting ART & CULTURE Partners in the acquisition, curation, and publication of their content.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner Content Management
  • Provide individual access to the Content Management System for ART & CULTURE Partners
  • Evaluate and enhance partner profiles to ensure accurate setup and autonomy
Support and Guidance
  • Answer questions and address concerns from ART & CULTURE Partners regarding platform usage
  • Guide partners through the standard partner lifecycle: ingestion, curation, and publication phases
Troubleshooting and Escalation
  • Identify and resolve errors or issues hindering ART & CULTURE Partners from utilizing the platform
  • Liaise with engineering teams to escalate any technical issues
Ongoing Communication and Project Status Updates
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and status
  • Educate partners on best practices and guidelines for content management
Optional Operations Coordination
  • Work with operations teams to digitize partner collections as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Content Amplification
  • Audit and amplify ART & CULTURE Partner content on day of publication and beyond
  • Create engaging content overviews and documentation
  • Schedule and organize physical events for promotional purposes
Prospects Coordination
  • Promote Client Arts & Culture offer to potential prospects
  • Outline terms and conditions for partnership
  • Coordinate prospect management tasks, including responding to inquiries and conducting outreach
