Job OverviewMain Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead to drive the development of scalable, user-friendly applications using Angular and React.

  • Lead frontend architecture and development of web applications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Drive best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Oversee state management using Redux or similar tools.
  • Ensure efficient frontend build pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
