Job Description

As a Process Developer, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices accurately and responding to queries in a timely manner.


Responsibilities
  • Review and process invoices, providing resolutions and releasing payments.
  • Resolve vendor queries and requests via email or tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Validate invoice essentials, including supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, and date.
  • Maintain exception trackers and logs for process-related exceptions.
  • Perform transactional tasks supporting compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
