Role Description

We're driving innovation in the field of business by leveraging cutting-edge solutions in Generative AI, Virtual Assistance, Offshore Development Centres, and Skill Assessment Platforms.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll be instrumental in crafting scalable APIs, secure back-end systems, and high-performance architectures using Node.js and Express.js.

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs with efficiency and scalability in mind.
  • Optimize server and database performance through effective caching strategies.
  • Implement robust authentication and authorization protocols using OAuth, JWT, and RBAC.
  • Collaborate on microservices and event-driven systems, including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Write clean, well-structured code adhering to SOLID principles.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and scale services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure system reliability.
  • Contribute to and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3.5 years of backend development experience.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, query optimization, and schema design.
  • Understanding of event-driven architecture, message queues, and microservices.
  • Knowledge of backend security standards and system design principles.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
