We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Generative AI team. As a Technologist, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement applications leveraging advanced generative AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solution architectures for generative AI, especially large language models
  • Develop and implement applications leveraging advanced generative AI models
  • Must have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge on UI technologies like TypeScript, React, and Next.js
  • Hands-on experience with deployment across cloud environments
  • Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models to perform domain-specific tasks
  • Apply techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve model performance and scalability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Applied Math with 8+ years of experience
  • Excellent programming skills in Python with strong fundamentals in programming, optimizations, and software design
  • Strong knowledge of ML/DL techniques, algorithms, and tools with exposure to CNN, RNN (LSTM), Transformers (BERT, BART, GPT/T5)
  • Hands-on experience on conversational AI technologies like Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation, Dialog systems, Information retrieval, and Question Answering
  • Experience with training BERT, GPT, and Megatron models using PyTorch Deep Learning Frameworks
  • Understanding of MLOps life cycle and experience with MLOps workflows & traceability and versioning of datasets
  • Experience using end-to-end MLOps platform like Kubeflow or MLFlow
