Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and negotiating IT contracts, with a focus on customer contracts. They will work closely with procurement, business, and delivery functions to ensure the successful closure of transactions.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Rainmaker Agreements. The role also involves coordinating with other legal team members, preparing monthly reports, and conducting presentations and trainings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation
  • Strong understanding of contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks through input and mark-up on contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Major Experience in Contract Negotiation is required
  • Experience in negotiating IT Outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers
