Article Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Article Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, this role will play a crucial part in assisting with various activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with audit and assurance activities, including statutory audits, compliance audits, internal audits, and due diligence.
  • Contributing to income tax services, including tax audits, tax planning, transfer pricing, international tax, and assessments and appeals.
  • Supporting indirect taxes, including GST advisory, audit, assessment, and appeals, and registration.
  • Participating in start-up advisory services, business structuring and set-up, and business and management consulting.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Clear Both Groups of CA Intermediate Course
  • Audit & Assurance, Taxation, and Corporate Law knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
