You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and delivering top talent for our diverse clientele across various sectors including technology start-ups, software houses, and financial institutions.

With support from our UK-based Business Development & Account Management team, you'll have the opportunity to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be based in our state-of-the-art brand-new office in Gota, Ahmedabad.

About the Role
  • Sourcing potential candidates by searching through different job portals and LinkedIn to find the best possible talent for our clients
  • Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
  • Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates
  • Collaborate with the UK team to source top talent
