About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Art Director to lead our creative team and deliver high-quality visual designs across various mediums.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, with at least 6+ years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. They should also possess a proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design, as well as strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).

The successful candidate will be able to translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables, ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, and meet project deadlines. They should also stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices, and collaborate with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.

  • Lead and manage the creative team to set a high standard for visual design.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of creative assets.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
