Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. This involves providing expert guidance and support to the team on complex cases, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting stakeholders across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on KYC-related matters, including regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing education.
  • Act as a liaison between the KYC team and other departments, providing updates and insights on KYC activities.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, as required.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of KYC, financial regulatory environment, and AML risk implications.
  • 5-9 years of experience in KYC process & Anti Money Laundering with proficiency in various entity types.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar knowledge manager role within a financial institution.

This position requires a self-driven individual with strong knowledge of global KYC standards.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in writing risk assessment reports.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and building KYC training programs and frameworks.
