**Job Title:** Senior Engineering Team Lead 

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a seasoned leader, you will provide strategic direction and management to medium to large scale engineering projects with significant impact on both internal and customer-facing products.

As the Senior Engineering Team Lead, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of an engineering team to ensure technical quality, product quality, and efficient resource utilization.

You will lead teams to achieve project success by delivering assigned projects to time, budget, and quality standards, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and partnering with key stakeholders.

  • Deliver assigned projects to time, budget, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, and Release Management to ensure effective project launch and delivery
  • Lead teams to achieve project success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internal and external
  • Apply best practices and coding patterns to deliver world-class solutions
  • Foster a culture that emphasizes meeting expectations and delivering value
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and process
  • Grow and develop the skills and talent within the team
  • Manage People Resource processes, including objectives definitions, regular check-ins, assessments, and compensation
  • Cross-functionally manage communication and escalate issues promptly
  • Presentation and facilitation skills for senior-level management

Requirements:

  • 14+ years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications
  • Strong domain expertise in Cyber Security, with a focus on driving innovation and taking ownership of cyber security offerings
  • Experience with Content Management, Web Development, Agile Development, and global delivery
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development processes
  • Strong design, architecture, and coding skills
  • Hands-on experience with C++, C technologies, and AWS
  • Able to handle multiple large-scale and complex products and scrum teams concurrently
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and business-oriented
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
