Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of our data quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native data platforms, with expertise in building and managing data quality checks, SQL, and Python.

As the Data Quality Engineering Support Manager, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to monitor, validate, and reconcile data across ingestion, processing, and consumption layers, enabling trusted data for analytics, AI/ML, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and support automated data quality checks for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency across datasets.
  • Develop validation frameworks for ingestion pipelines, curated layers, and reporting models in BigQuery and Redshift.
  • Integrate data quality controls into CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools, such as Airflow and Cloud Composer.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data quality engineering, data operations, or data pipeline support, ideally in a cloud-first environment.
  • Building and managing data quality checks, including null checks, duplicates, data drift, and schema mismatches.
  • SQL and Python expertise for quality validation and automation.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-native data stacks, including BigQuery, Redshift, GCS, and S3.
