As a clinical operations associate, you will be responsible for handling templated clinician/clinic communications, records hygiene, and daily logs. This role involves working with approved channels and SOPs to execute high-volume communications, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.

This is an entry-level position that requires strong written UK English skills, comfort with monotony, and the ability to follow instructions precisely. The ideal candidate will have basic Google Sheets/Docs skills and familiarity with EMR/EHR/HIMS systems. A strong background in medical scribe, hospital admin, pharmacy back-office, or related fields is also preferred.

The role offers long-term stability and a competitive fixed salary of ₹3 LPA. You will work remotely in India with typical UK hours (13:30–22:30 IST; Mon–Fri; BST/GMT adjusts). As part of this role, you will handle communication with clinicians, clinics, and other stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute templated, high-volume clinician/clinic communications via approved channels
  • Maintain accurate records, titles, deduplication, validation, and Do-Not-Contact lists
  • Triage inbound responses using canned flows and update trackers
  • End-of-day QA: counts, exceptions, and variance notes
  • Follow SOPs exactly; escalate exceptions immediately; protect confidentiality
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in medical scribe, hospital admin, pharmacy back-office, RCM/insurance back-office, medical transcription, or clinic coordinator roles
  • Strong written UK English skills and comfort with monotony
  • Basic Google Sheets/Docs skills; familiarity with EMR/EHR/HIMS is a plus
  • Confidentiality mindset (PHI aware); accuracy > speed
