Job Title:

A pioneering design engineer will play a pivotal role in spearheading our team's success by leveraging expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT). Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough DFM analyses in printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and fabrication analysis in printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Analysing testability and generating detailed DFT reports
  • Simulating mechanical assembly processes and creating comprehensive DFA reports
  • Developing DFx procedures and checklists as per customer requirements
  • Generating DFx reports according to findings, observations, and standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and internal manufacturing teams to define DFx requirements and rules
  • Ensure adherence to established targets set for all Process Metrics
  • Timely generation and circulation of DFx Reports to stakeholders
  • Mentor the team and guide them towards effective deliverables
  • Train new and existing team members on relevant software and tools
  • Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues
  • Prepare KPI Reports for Weekly/Monthly operations review

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4-7 years' experience in DFx methodologies, PCBA DFM process, DFT, and DFA analysis
  • Bachelor of Technology (Elec/Electronics), Diploma (Elect/Electronics)
