We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Design mockups and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
  • Ensure finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, and visualization.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Create original graphic designs, such as icons, illustrations, and color palettes.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  • Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in creating UI/UX design in web and mobile apps.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer and strong portfolio of related projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in prototyping tool Figma (or Adobe XD).
  • Basic understanding of web development to validate the feasibility of designs.
  • Attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with teams and different stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/UI design, and usability.
