**Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled ERP Implementation Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager in delivering successful ERP implementations for our automotive dealership clients. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, developers, and internal teams.
  • Schedule and organize training sessions and workshops.
  • Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Assist with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate project records and provide regular status updates.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience, ideally in IT or ERP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A basic understanding of ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with CRM integration is a plus.
