We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Risk to join our Corporate Functions team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our risk management program, driving a consistent and integrated risk management approach across Corporate Functions. You will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to identify and manage key risks, including emerging risks, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. As the key representative on group-wide operations projects, you will ensure that the needs of functions and businesses are clearly reflected in the Global ERC program.
Key responsibilities include driving a unified risk management approach, overseeing the preparation and monitoring of regular reports and metrics, and coordinating the Enterprise Risk Management process for Corporate Functions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Corporate Functions, Country, Region ERC, Internal Audit, Speak Up Office, and Corporate Data Science team, to identify and share trends, root causes, and associated risks. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of top-tier consulting experience in finance, audit, or Ethics, Risk, Compliance, and ERC, preferably in pharmaceutical, device, or healthcare industries.
