Software Development Professional

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails, bolstered by a strong foundation in React.js and hands-on expertise in state management using Redux and Context API. Additionally, proficiency in RESTful API design and development, along with experience with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack and Babel, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust full-stack applications utilizing Ruby on Rails and React.js
  • Implement efficient state management strategies using Redux and Context API
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, with an emphasis on performance optimization
  • Utilize modern frontend build tools to streamline development workflows
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API)
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
  • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab)
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend)
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD)
