Master Pastry

The Production Head oversees all bakery production operations to ensure efficiency, product quality, and safety standards.

This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with teams, leading bakers and production staff, and implementing continuous improvement processes.

• Central Kitchen Operations:
  • Ensuring smooth operations of the central kitchen, employees, facilities, and costs for optimal dispatch.
  • Implementing right production processes and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Optimizing resource utilization and controlling cost of operations on an ongoing basis.
• Guest Experience:
  • Delivering high-quality products in forecasted quantities as per SKU's.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Employee Relations:
  • Establishing effective employee relations and hiring specific employees.
  • Candidate should be a multitasker and able to work in stressful environments.
  • Pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage teams.
  • Planning, organizing, analytical, budgeting, and cost control skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery techniques.
  • Ability to mass-produce standardized products.
