Job Description:

Designing Identity and Access Management Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying IAM solutions that meet client-specific identity governance and compliance needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to integrate applications, automate workflows, and ensure security standards are met. They will be responsible for implementing and managing IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and developing knowledge of the latest IAM trends and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy Saviynt solutions to meet client-specific identity governance and compliance needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to integrate applications, automate workflows, and ensure security standards are met.
  • Implement and manage IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Saviynt's features, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Saviynt EIC solutions for governance and compliance.
  • Experience onboarding applications using Saviynt's out-of-the-box connectors (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle DB).
  • Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, and JIT provisioning for real-time identity orchestration.
  • Knowledge of Saviynt's Risk-Based Access, Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, and Compliance Campaigns.
  • Understanding of Saviynt's Delegation Framework, Workflow Engine, and Custom Attributes Mapping.
  • Experience integrating Saviynt with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on scripting with Groovy, JavaScript, and SQL within Saviynt.
  • Saviynt Certified Professional (SCP) or Saviynt Certified Advanced Professional (SCAP) certification.
