Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing web, mobile, and backend applications. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual and automated testing, collaborating with developers and product teams, and improving QA processes to deliver seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, documenting, and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web, mobile, and backend applications.
  • Performing manual functional testing as well as contributing to automation for regression and repetitive tasks.
  • Testing APIs (REST/GraphQL) for functionality, data validation, error handling, and performance.
  • Conducting cross-browser and cross-device testing for responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Reporting, tracking, and verifying defects using Jira or equivalent bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps during sprints and release cycles.
  • Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release testing.
  • Contributing to building and enhancing automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, and Postman.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in testing web, mobile, and backend applications.
  • Ability to design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
  • Knowledge of API testing, cross-browser testing, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Jira or equivalent bug tracking tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.
