As a seasoned Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our efforts to deliver exceptional care and support to children with developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized therapy plans, and provide regular progress updates to clients and their families.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring effective communication with clients, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Mentor junior therapists, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and training to enhance their skills and confidence.

• Stay abreast of best practices, research, and new technologies to continually improve therapy outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric settings, preferably with a focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy (CP), down syndrome, sensory processing disorders, and neurodevelopmental delays.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
