About the Role

Exigo Tech is a leading technology solutions provider in Sydney, offering innovative solutions to businesses across Australia. We empower companies to reach operational efficiencies by providing technology solutions that drive their business processes.

This key role is to work as part of our application team, planning, designing, building, configuring, commissioning, and maintaining projects. The successful candidate will be required to follow regular procedures to ensure all tasks are delivered as per schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet clients' requirements.
  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
  • Remain up-to-date with terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding various types of web applications.
  • Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture.
  • Use and adapt existing web applications for new apps.
  • Create and test software prototypes.
  • Develop client displays and user interfaces.
  • Assist software personnel in handling project-related work and other requirements.
  • Coordinate with other software professionals and developers.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required.
  • Reformulate existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.
  • Check your code to detect and remedy errors and omissions.
  • Test your outputs to ensure they are in excellent working order.
  • Ensure outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
  • Deploy developments and monitor uptake by the target audience.
  • Use clients' feedback to inform the creation of subsequent versions of each development.
  • Remain abreast of coding and technological changes that will impact your work.
Technical Skills
  • Backend development for Enterprise web applications.
  • Strong working experience on frameworks like .NET Core, ASP .NET MVC, and Razor HTML.
  • Strong knowledge in C#.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience on microservices architecture & APIs.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience on MSSQL Server and database.
  • Good to have knowledge on JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Should have experience on working with code repository - GIT.
  • Good to have knowledge on Azure and Microsoft services.
  • Good to have working experience on Azure DevOps.
Functional Skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Able to work well in a team setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.
Experience and Certifications

3-6 years of experience.

Salary Range: As per market standards, plus Medical and Accidental Insurance, Paid Leaves and Holidays.

MCSD / MCPD desirable.
