- Best Practices and Compliance: Stay updated on SAP EC best practices and industry trends, recommending improvements and enhancements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in SAP EC configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an SAP EC Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Employee Central module.
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP EC implementations.
- Strong configuration and customization skills.
- Experience in integrating SAP EC with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Solid understanding of data migration principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP EC certification is a plus.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
