AANSEACORE is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation journey.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and drive operational efficiency.

You will work closely with our development team to design and develop ServiceNow applications that integrate with our existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define ServiceNow architecture and design principles based on industry best practices and organizational requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Evaluate current ServiceNow implementations and propose strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules.
  • Develop integration strategies between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership during ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies within ServiceNow environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are required.
  • Additonal certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Application Specialist (CAS) are a plus.
