Electronics Design Engineer Position

You will be a member of our team responsible for designing and implementing aerospace electronics products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Choose electronic components based on performance and reliability requirements.
  • Design analog and digital circuits, creating schematics and performing tolerance analysis.
  • Conduct circuit analysis to ensure robustness, thermal management, and worst-case performance.
  • Collaborate with layout engineers to implement designs and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Perform board bring-up and testing, as well as environmental testing to validate design integrity.
  • Ensure process and quality control throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in high-level and low-level design reviews, providing technical expertise and leadership.
  • Develop creative solutions to complex problems, leveraging knowledge of multiple technical disciplines.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve optimal results.
  • Implement solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with 7-8 years of experience in electronics design.
  • Deep understanding of digital and microprocessor circuits, power and EMI fundamentals, and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in high-speed digital or mixed-signal design is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to provide technical guidance and leadership.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong focus on results, sense of urgency, and ability to work independently.
