About the Role

We are seeking a talented Performance Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in performance testing tools and methodologies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with onsite/offshore models and has experience with LoadRunner or Neo Load.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct meetings with business teams to identify project scope and requirements.
  • Develop thorough understanding of business infrastructure and technical systems.
  • Communicate regularly with development team managers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare Non-Functional Requirement Documents (NFRDs) and performance test strategies.
  • Create performance test plans and execute tests to ensure application stability and scalability.
  • Assess test readiness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design workload models to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
  • Present findings to development and business teams and secure approvals.
Requirements
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or Neo Load.
  • Knowledge of Fiddler, Chrome Developer Tools, and ability to convert scripts to LoadRunner or Neo Load.
  • Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Thousand Eyes, Splunk, and other monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
