We are seeking a highly organized and strategic-thinking Operations Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of background verification programs.

About the Role:

As an Operations Program Manager, you will drive the execution of background verification projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for efficient program execution, identifying key project risks and working to mitigate them.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution, leading and motivating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously evaluate current workflows and identify areas for improvement in program delivery, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, preferably in a background verification, HR, or compliance-related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Graduate/ PG from Tier 1/2 (in tech or MBA) preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
