Cloud-Based Application Test Engineer

As a seasoned software engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, Azure Cloud services, Docker, and Octopus based deployments, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks for cloud-based applications. Your extensive knowledge of cloud computing will enable you to successfully integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated test frameworks for cloud-based applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop and maintain API automation frameworks using Restsharp
  • Experience with BDD environment using SpecFlow and NUnit/MS Test/framework design
  • Strong working knowledge on Selenium for web applications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 4+ years of experience in software testing, integration testing, and testing of cloud services
  • Good knowledge of STLC, Agile framework, and test cycle in Agile, test case design, and managing defect workflow
  • Test Automation experience of 4+ years, with C#, Playwright, Selenium, Specflow, and rest sharp
Preferred Skills:
  • ISTQB Test Professional Certification
  • Expertise in page object/page factory model and data-driven framework types
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, determine own work priorities, training requirements, ability to meet deadlines, and works well under pressure
  • Learns quickly adapts to new technologies and tools
