Job Description

As a Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for deriving the most cost-effective and feasible supply and distribution plans to cater to market requirements.

  • Derive supply and distribution plans that meet market demands.
  • Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to finalize demand and supply plans.
  • Create annual capacity plans to ensure efficient production.
  • Track and improve service levels to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain stock freshness across all channels to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Support international business needs by setting up systems and processes.
  • Link and leverage internal functions to drive process improvements.
  • Drive execution excellence for high-order fulfillment through order tracking, stock allocation, and dispatch planning.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of handling supply planning in FMCG industry scenarios.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
